Frequently Asked Questions
Withdrawal Questions
Yes, 90jll always asks you to withdraw to a mobile wallet registered in your own name, for security purposes. The name on your 90jll account and the name on your bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay wallet must match. Sending money to someone else's number is not possible — this is an important step in preventing fraud.
Money usually arrives within 10 to 45 minutes. If there's a delay, there are several possible reasons — the wallet name not matching the account name, wagering requirements not being met, or some delay during high-traffic periods. If it has been more than 45 minutes, contact us directly via 24/7 live chat.
Yes, 90jll's payment system is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whether you submit a withdrawal at 2 AM or on a Friday, it will be processed within the normal timeframe — that is, within 10 to 45 minutes. All four methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are available at any time.
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must first meet the wagering requirements. For 90jll's welcome bonus, this is calculated on the bonus amount only — for example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing ৳25,000 in bets. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
The minimum deposit amount at 90jll is ৳500 — this applies to all methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal limit is ৳800. You can submit a withdrawal request as long as your account balance is this amount or more.
VIP & Cashback
The 90jll VIP program has four tiers in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving up to a higher tier increases your weekly cashback rate, gives you priority customer support, and grants you early access to special promotions. The experience at each tier is distinct and increasingly rewarding.
Tiers advance through regular gaming activity and engagement on the platform. The more time and dedication you put into playing, the faster you can move from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and Gold to Platinum. Contact the support team to learn about the exact process.
Each week, a set percentage of your net losses is returned to your account as cashback. It is calculated automatically and paid out at the end of the weekly cycle. The cashback amount can be used directly for playing or withdrawing — the rate varies depending on your VIP tier.
90jll's VIP cashback structure:
Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
The higher the tier you reach, the greater your potential return.

Slot Games
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a theoretical percentage that indicates how much of the total bets placed on a game may be returned to players over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means there is a theoretical chance of ৳96 being returned for every ৳100 wagered — but this is not a guarantee; every spin is completely random.
In most slot games, a free spin round is triggered when a specific number of scatter or bonus symbols land on the reels. No money is deducted from your balance during these spins, but any winnings are added as real rewards. Some free spins also come with multipliers or special symbols.
In a progressive jackpot, a small portion of every bet is added to the prize pool. The more players wager, the larger the jackpot grows. Typically, a lucky player can win the entire jackpot on any spin through a special symbol combination or a random trigger.
High Volatility slots pay out less often but deliver bigger rewards. Low Volatility slots offer frequent wins in smaller amounts. Choose a game based on your style — go High if you dream big, go Low Volatility if you prefer steady fun.
Many slot games offer a demo or free play mode where you can try the game without real money. This is especially useful for understanding new games — you can test the mechanics, bonus features, and spin speed before deciding to place real bets. Winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn.
Casino & Table Games
90jll's live casino is fully mobile-friendly. Live dealer tables can be opened in the browser of any smartphone or tablet — no app download required. With a good internet connection, you'll get high-definition live streaming, chat functionality, and a smooth betting experience.
Teen Patti is played with a three-card hand — the player with the strongest card combination wins. It is one of the most popular card games in the Indian subcontinent. In Andar Bahar, one card is turned face up and you bet on whether the matching card will appear on the 'Andar' (inside) or 'Bahar' (outside) side of the deck.
Yes, live dealer games feature real professional dealers who run the game from a studio via live streaming. You can watch cards being dealt or the roulette wheel spinning directly on your screen. You can also communicate with the dealer through the chat box — it gives you the feel of a real casino.
In Baccarat, you decide whether to bet on the Player, the Banker, or a Tie. Two hands are dealt; the hand whose value is closest to 9 wins. 10s and face cards have a value of zero. Because of its simple rules, it is quite a popular table game among new players at 90jll.
Roulette has two main types of bets. Inside Bets: placing a bet on a specific number or adjacent numbers — higher payout but lower probability. Outside Bets: betting on groups like red/black, odd/even, or 1-18/19-36 — lower payout but a better chance of winning. Outside bets are the easier starting point for beginners.
